The Time for Change is Now

The ability to lead change has been ranked as one of the most important leadership competencies. Work life, technology, and society at large continue to evolve at an ever-increasing pace, constantly placing new demands on both organizations and leaders to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Why This Training Matters

Resistance is often described as a key reason why change initiatives fail. Despite this, there is often a lack of structured methods to anticipate and address the reactions that arise when people are expected to do something differently. The F/M-25 Certification provides participants with a research-based tool to identify risk factors early and take proactive action. With increased knowledge and practical skills in understanding, mapping, and addressing resistance, the likelihood of success in change initiatives increases significantly.

Target Group

The training is aimed at change leaders, managers, HR specialists, organizational developers, and consultants—anyone who, in their role, is responsible for initiating, driving, or supporting changes that affect people. F/M-25 is particularly well suited for situations where there is a need to prevent unnecessary friction, increase engagement, and create stronger buy-in for change initiatives.
